At Living Hope we believe that God’s people are God’s greatest resource. Regardless of our background and experiences; regardless of mistakes we may have made in the past; each of us has unlimited potential to be used by God beyond our wildest dreams. We each have a unique destiny that God is calling us to fulfill with his help and guidance for his glory. At Living Hope, we are about helping you to discover that destiny and begin living it out. How do we accomplish this mighty task you ask? Through a simple approach to people development that we call Destiny Discipleship. Destiny Discipleship consists of three components: (1) Destiny Foundations; (2) Destiny Discovery; and (3) Destiny Deployment.
Destiny Foundations
Just as all buildings need a solid foundation if they are going to last, so do we each need a solid foundation if we are going to live out the unique destiny—the significant contribution that God desires us to make with our lives for his glory. Through a process we call Destiny Foundations, we provide you with the foundation you need to make your unique contribution and leave a lasting legacy with your life.
Destiny Foundations is a six-week process that we offer on a quarterly basis. We offer two avenues for you to complete the process—a small group that meets in someone’s home during the week, or on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM before our Sunday worship experience. Throughout the process you learn and experience what it means to live a life of meaning and impact with a group of others committed to the same goal. It is a powerful experience that will change you forever!

Destiny Discovery
Once you have laid the foundation you need to begin living out your God-shaped destiny, it is time for you discover it! Our Destiny Discovery process is a relational, discovery-based process that will help you to discern the unique contribution God has designed you to make in the world. By exploring what God has been up to in your life up until this point, and by helping you to understand how God wants to use your experiences, gifts, and strengths to make a significant difference with your life, we help you to gain clarity on how you can maximize your influence and live with a new sense of purpose. This new understanding provides you with the inspiration and direction you need to begin living out your destiny so that you can live a life characterized by more significance and impact.
We offer our Destiny Discovery process as both a one-day seminar on a Saturday afternoon, as well as in a small group experience occurring over three consecutive weeks for 2 ½ - 3 hours per session. Once the seminar/meetings are completed, each participant receives personal coaching to begin the process of living out their destiny calling. Through the coaching process, we help you to discern whether there is an existing ministry or service team that will allow you to live out your unique, God-shaped destiny, or whether we need to help you start something new with our support and encouragement. Destiny Deployment
Once you have discovered the unique destiny God has called you to live out, you are ready to be released into that destiny. In our Destiny Deployment process, we send you into your destiny calling with the support and resourcing you need to successfully live it out. We support you through three primary means: (1) Coaching and peer mentoring clusters; (2) monthly training called Destiny Resourcing Sessions (DRS); and (3) your involvement in a small group or Destiny Living class. Through this relational and training-based approach to resourcing, we attempt to provide a holistic approach to resourcing that will provide you with the ongoing support that you need to succeed in living out your destiny.
